A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a People & Culture Reports Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and reporting HR data that drives strategic people decisions. You will support the People & Culture team with insights into workforce trends, help maintain HR systems, and contribute to organizational effectiveness through data-driven reporting.

Your Day Could See You

  • Gathering and analyzing data from HRIS, surveys, and other platforms to generate actionable insights
  • Creating reports and dashboards on key People & Culture metrics such as turnover, demographics, and headcount trends
  • Supporting the development of P&C policies by providing data-driven insights
  • Assisting in the maintenance and accuracy of the HRIS system and employee records
  • Collaborating with HR business partners and centers of excellence to improve data interpretation and presentation
  • Managing and resolving employee queries received via the internal ticketing system
  • Providing analytical support to HR programs and initiatives, including engagement, performance, and culture projects

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in HR analytics, workforce reporting, or P&C support roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR)
  • Strong data interpretation, visualization, and reporting skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills to explain data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience using ticketing systems or shared services platforms is a plus
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to handle confidential data with integrity
