We’re looking for a Business Channels Lead who will spearhead initiatives to enhance operations through strategic management of digital ordering touchpoints and cashless payment solutions—while improving overall consumer experience.

What you’ll do:

✔ Lead development and optimization of digital ordering platforms (SOK, QR Express)

✔ Manage cashless payment solutions and ensure secure, seamless transactions

✔ Identify new business channel opportunities and drive process improvements

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience

What we’re looking for:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or Data Analytics

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B/QSR or related functions

✅ Strong background in trade marketing, key accounts, or food retail

✅ Willing to work hybrid (Ortigas, Pasig)
