As a Talent Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee development and organizational growth initiatives. This role works closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while supporting strategic workforce goals.

What you will do

  • Ensure that 1Aviation’s Vision, Mission, and Values are achieved.
  • Support managers and employees by assisting with recruitment activities and general HR administrative requirements.
  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing initiatives to attract and engage top talent.
  • Draft and publish job advertisements across multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and role fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates and feedback.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate internship programs including recruitment, onboarding, and monitoring of intern performance and engagement.
  • Implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition and integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
  • Support performance management initiatives including goal-setting, performance reviews, and employee development planning.
  • Assist in implementing organizational development initiatives that promote employee engagement and growth.
  • Analyze HR data and talent metrics to support workforce planning and strategic HR decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support leadership on talent management initiatives.
  • Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.

An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications Required Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field

Preferred Experience And Attributes

  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Management with a proven track record of performance management success
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, or organizational development initiatives
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing strategies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using HR data
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously
  • Service-oriented and collaborative team player
