Resolve issues like missing items, delays, or cancellations with empathy and efficiency.
Process refunds or adjustments based on company guidelines.
Keep records accurate by documenting each interaction.
Maintain excellent service while meeting quality and performance goals.

No BPO experience up to 3 months BPO experience
High School Grad (Old Curriculum), ALS Passer, College Undergrad, or College Graduate
Willing to work onsite
Comfortable with a shifting schedule
