Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience during every interaction. This role handles inquiries through phone, chat, or email while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with company guidelines. The CSR works collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs and contributes to achieving team performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow standard procedures and quality guidelines
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all communications

Qualifications

  • 1st Year College Undergrad - College Graduate No Experience Required.
  • HSG / SHSG must have at least 1 year Customer Service Experience

Salary Range: Up to 35k

  • Earn up to 35K Total Compensation Package
  • 10% night differential
  • Free phone with postpaid plan
  • HMO benefits (Common-law and LGBT partners may be enrolled as dependents. / Coverage for parents up to 75 years old)
  • Free Medical Certificates from Free-Standing Clinics
