About the Role

Were looking for a craft-obsessed Senior Brand Designer to bring client brands to life across physical products and digital touchpoints. If you live and breathe branded merchandise, know your way around a print spec as well as a Figma file, and can hold your own in a client conversation - this ones for you.

Key Responsibilities

Merch & Product Design

• Design across apparel, accessories, and packaging with a strong understanding of print, embroidery, embossing, and production constraints
• Translate client brand guidelines into compelling physical products that feel premium
• Maintain quality and brand consistency across a wide range of product formats

Digital & E-Commerce

• Design and maintain digital touchpoints - storefronts, portals, mockups, and campaign assets
• Ensure brand shows up sharply and consistently across all online surfaces
• Support the creation of product presentations and client-facing decks

Client Collaboration

• Take briefs, present concepts, and iterate quickly based on client feedback
• Act as the creative voice in client conversations — confident, clear, and solutions-oriented
• Work closely with the team to meet deadlines without compromising on craft

What we’re Looking for

Merch & Physical Product Experience

• Has designed for real physical products and understands production constraints end-to-end
• Knows what makes a product feel premium — and how to get there within a brief

Brand Application Skills

• Experienced in working within client brand guidelines across a wide range of formats
• Can adapt without losing the essence of the brand

Digital Product Fluency

• Comfortable across e-commerce storefronts, portals, mockups, and campaign assets
• Sharp eye for how brand translates from physical to digital

E-Commerce or Corporate Gifting Background

• Has worked in merch, swag, promotional products, or a similar environment
• Understands the pace, the client expectations, and the standard required

AI-Native Workflow

• Uses AI tools naturally as part of the design process — for ideation, mockups, or asset production
• Knows how to leverage AI without sacrificing craft or quality

Tools & Platforms

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
• Mockup & presentation tools
