Hours Of Operation

  • Weekdays and weekends

12AM-9AM (MNL)

  • Willing to work in Naga, CamSur At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum) Advance computer knowledge Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer Has excellent interpersonal skills

Has At Least 6 Mos. Sales Experience (preferred)

Has an ability to overcome sales objections and revert it positively

Must have a background in Accounts Management

  • Excellent English communication—spoken and written
  • Great with people and a natural problem-solver
  • Proficient in MS Office and web applications
  • Fast and accurate typing, sharp comprehension, and top multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced support environment
  • Previous BPO experience is a plus—but not required!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sell, cross-sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market, including Internet, Mobility, Programming, and TV packages.
  • Proactively reach out to potential leads via multiple channels such as phone, email, SMS, and social media.
  • Make outbound calls, primarily to existing customers, to promote products, services, and exclusive offers.
  • Understand customer needs through effective questioning, active listening, and a personalized approach.
  • Recommend the best solutions, provide product demos, and explain current promotions and offers to support customer decisions.
  • Build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and maintain a professional and persuasive communication style.
  • Address customer concerns and provide outstanding service to increase satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
  • Implement strategies to retain customers and reduce churn by recognizing and responding to their individual situations.
  • Navigate internal computer systems to track calls, gather information, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current products, services, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction.
