Job Requirements

• Analyze supplier delivery performance and highlight gaps vs. targets
• Analyze supplier lead times, MOQs
• Create and maintain slide decks for the SIOP process
• Analyze capacity/demand alignment and detect gaps and risks
• Support initiatives driven in collaboration with the supply chain, procurement, and operations teams by providing relevant data and analysis linked to our suppliers and internal parameters
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in data analytics / reporting +3 years
• Experience in vendor planning and/or procurement functions +2 years
• Experience with SAP +2 years
• Experience working with suppliers +2 years
• SOE / SIOP / Forecasting activities exposure would be an advantage
• Experience with data management, reporting, and analysis (advanced knowledge of Excel).
• Experience with SAP related to supply chain/planning aspects
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other automation tools is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Needs to be detail-oriented with a given importance to accuracy.
• Excellent presentation skills, orally and with presentation support (PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams and external suppliers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and following drumbeats and deadlines effectively.Lean / continuous improvement experience would be a plus
