Lightspeed is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help drive our global go-to-market (GTM) engine. You’ll use data to uncover opportunities, improve performance, and turn insights into real commercial impact across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance. We’re looking for someone who can turn complex data into clear stories, is skilled in Salesforce and Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and works well across technical and non-technical teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify growth and efficiency opportunities by analyzing revenue, churn, and performance trends, translating insights into clear, actionable strategies for regional leaders
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance tooling, support forecasting and capacity planning, and drive alignment across go-to-market teams
  • Lead regional reporting by building dashboards, surfacing meaningful insights, and presenting data that informs senior-level decisions and accountability
  • Support and operationalize RevOps initiatives, including process improvements, tooling upgrades, and new GTM functions, ensuring smooth adoption and effective execution across teams
  • Represent RevOps in cross-functional projects while promoting strong data literacy, helping teams interpret KPIs and communicate complex insights clearly and effectively


What You Need To Bring

  • Prior experience in Sales or Revenue Operations within SaaS or other recurring revenue models, with a strong understanding of GTM metrics like ARR/MRR, CAC, CLV, churn, and funnel performance
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools such as Looker or Power BI, with the ability to build scalable reporting, maintain data accuracy, and support forecasting, planning, and budgeting
  • Proven ability to streamline processes, improve data hygiene, and support the implementation of systems and tools that enhance Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives, aligning diverse teams, and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
