Project Support Administrator AU Construction Hybrid

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday 2:00PM-11:00PM Manila time and Days Off – Friday – Saturday

• Proficient Microsoft skills
• Scheduling / Appointment Setting / Calendar management
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Polite and courteous telephone manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven attention to detail, accurate and patient
• Flexible with the provided schedule above
  
  

What will you do?

• Work with Project Managers and Painters to ensure client compliance requirements are met (obtain certifications, issue inductions from a variety of client portals, ensure inductions completed)
• Verify painters attending site are compliant by monitoring onsite check-in system, following up as needed
• Create lead/ opportunity for new jobs in CRM
• Email management
• Prepare proposal
• Send proposal to relevant NAM for review and submission
• Check site files for progress photos and send reminders as needed
• Update schedule/ notes for select clients based on updates received from painters during shift
• Check for After Photos in site file
• Check for PCRs in HOW and save in site file
