PRODUCT SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Job Purpose
This role works closely with Product Managers and suppliers to manage contracts and ensure accurate loading and maintenance of product data in Goway’s systems. The Product Support Coordinator is responsible for entering contracts into the database, maintaining data accuracy, and proactively resolving discrepancies related to pricing, content, and supplier updates.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Work various tickets as assigned
- Load supplier contracts into the database accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with Product Managers and other internal teams when clarification is needed
- Review and investigate contract loading errors, supplier changes, and reservation discrepancies related to content and pricing
- Review contract terms and conditions, identify potential problem areas, and address them proactively
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products and rates are loaded correctly in the system
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field; contract loading experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks for extended periods
- Ability to read and interpret contracts, with strong numerical skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong computer, written, and internet research skills
- Destination knowledge (especially Australia) is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
