Job Description

Schedule: 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM PH Time (M-F)

Salary: P300 - P350 per hour (4 hours a day)

Key Responsibilities

Creator & Project Coordination

  • Receive and review UGC creator applications from platforms like Upwork and Indeed.
  • Evaluate audition videos based on instruction-following, authenticity, and on-camera presence.
  • Maintain a strict tracker of creator assignments, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Provide daily updates on project status and pending tasks.

Vendor/Editor Coordination

  • Assign approved creator footage to editors and ensure timely delivery of edited videos.
  • Review edited deliverables for quality, captions, and multi-version requirements.
  • Follow up with editors promptly to request revisions if needed.

Timeline & Delivery Management

  • Ensure scripts, footage, and final videos are delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinate revisions and approvals with creators and editors until final deliverables are complete.
  • Maintain a predictable production pipeline to protect the founders time.

Administrative & Communication Tasks

  • Respond promptly to creators, editors, and the founder during set working hours.
  • Maintain project data in Notion and other internal systems.
  • Track time accurately and submit daily check-ins summarizing completed tasks, pending items, and blockers.

Ad Hoc Support Tasks

  • Source high-performing videos and creators for creative inspiration.
  • Assist with research, content trends, and ad creatives as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in User Generated Content Coordination.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and deadline-management skills.
  • Reliable daily availability during U.S. business hours.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools quickly (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Upwork/Indeed, Frame.io).
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Previous experience coordinating projects, creators, or vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in UGC, Facebook ads, or creative content production.
  • Familiarity with video production or editing.
  • Experience managing contractors or agency workflows.
