  • Understand the entire Lending business end-to-end, focusing on KPIs which affect the overall business target including take up across assigned channel (industries & merchants)
  • Curates sales strategies in order to drive sales growth for the lending business in his/her assigned industry/channel. eg. Channel Expansion, Innovation, and Optimization
  • Monitors and analyzes KPI performance of all Lending products, performs root-cause-analysis, and craft proposals to enhance sales performance
  • Develop and execute channel specific promotions and campaigns. Includes managing the end-to-end process by leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and main point of contact of the lending sales team regarding strategy, partnerships, and promotions for different lending products. This includes supporting account managers in sales calls and JBPs for strategic merchants.
  • Presents/Submits complete and accurate progress reports, campaign proposals, and strategic plans to stakeholders during top-management business reviews and operations meetings
