Human Resource HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Supervisor to join our team. This role covers a broad range of human resources functions and plays a key part in fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Responsibilities Include The Following And Other Aspects Of Work

• Source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates to support company growth
• Accurately process employee timekeeping records to ensure timely payroll preparation
• Compute and file monthly government contributions for all employees in a timely and compliant manner
• Assess training needs, develop relevant materials, and conduct training sessions across departments
• Implement company policies and ensure organization-wide compliance and understanding
• Monitor employee performance and provide proactive support for professional development
• Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide general administrative support and prepare monthly summary reports for executive review
