What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Essential: Demonstrated experience in Australian financial planning/paraplanning
• Proficiency using any financial platform such as Plutosoft, CRM (which ones), Xplan/AdviserLogic/Midwinter; strong Excel/Sheets
• Impeccable data accuracy, file notes, and record-keeping
• Team player: proactive, comfortable making calls, deadline/KPI-reliable
• Nice to have: RG146 (preferred, not required)
• Excellent written English
  
  

What will you do?

• Craft audit-ready SOAs/ROAs with accurate, traceable calcs
• Turn strategy into client-friendly narratives that meet AU compliance &
  
  

disclosure standards

• Call providers to verify fees/features and capture disclosures precisely
• Compare platforms; document fee/feature/performance rationale
• Collaborate across advice & ops; step in to help teammates and close loops

• Maintain templates/SOPs to lift first-pass rate and reduce TAT
