You Will Be Responsible For The Following

• The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for supporting the integrity of financial reporting processes through comprehensive analysis, review, and assurance activities. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that entity financial reports are accurate and prepared and reviewed on a timely manner. Financial reports should be compliant with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with audit teams to support financial audits, providing necessary documentation and insights.
• Monitor changes in financial reporting regulations and communicate their implications to the finance team.
• Report to the Entity Controller and/or CFO the results of financial reports, analysis, and other information
  
  
  

Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations for management.

• Conduct detailed analyses of financial statements and reports to identify trends, variances, and potential risks. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and financial performance optimization.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting. Support automation and system enhancements as needed.
• Assist with audits and regulatory filings as required.
• Other tasks that may be assigned
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, data analysis and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to structure tasks, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate activities effectively to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of results.
