Job Description

Schedule: Monday - Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What will you do?

  • Assess commercial / residential loan applications in line with company credit policies
  • Perform income verification, valuation reviews, and credit analysis
  • Liaise with brokers, internal credit teams, and external stakeholders to gather and validate documentation
  • Prepare loan files and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
  • Highlight any risks or exceptions to the credit team for further consideration
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups on pending applications
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the credit department

What we are looking for?

  • Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Property, or any related course
  • Experience in loan processing or credit assessment within the Australian mortgage or finance industry
  • Sound knowledge of credit policies
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Must be available to work full-time during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours
