Accounting Staff With QuickBooks Experience

In this position, youll assist our senior accountants in day-to-day tasks such as data inputting, bank statement reconciliations, and supporting budget tracking efforts. You will receive hands-on training and development opportunities in QuickBooks under our guidance so that you can grow into advanced roles over time.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions through QuickBooks
• Record financial transactions by posting debits and credits to appropriate accounts
• Track department budgets and monitor spending trends
• Liaise directly with vendors to manage payment discrepancies
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve any errors/disputes you encounter along the way
  
  

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting preferred; willingness to consider equivalent combination of education and experience as well
• Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), tax laws, reporting, and compliance issues
• Passion for excellence in recordkeeping and attention to detail
• Positive can-do attitude and adaptability working across departments
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities concurrently under tight deadlines and limited supervision
• High emotional intelligence to build effective relationships among diverse personalities
• Enthusiasm to proactively seek new learning opportunities outside routine assignments
