About The Software Onboarding Specialist (EMEA) Role...
Were looking for a Software Onboarding Specialist who enjoys taking ownership, staying organized, and helping customers succeed from day one.
This role is well-suited to someone who has worked in fast-paced, service-driven environments, where you’ve had to manage multiple priorities, keep processes running smoothly, and step in to solve problems before they escalate.
As part of our Customer Onboarding team, youll guide new customers through their journey with us. From setup to training to go-live, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and set up for success.
Our customers are based across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), so youll deliver onboarding and training sessions via video. Youll use clear communication, structure, and initiative to keep customers progressing and projects on track.
And dont worry! We wont throw you in the deep end. Youll receive comprehensive product training and be paired with an experienced buddy to help you build confidence before working directly with customers.
