Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a Project Compliance & Audit Lead to oversee compliance and audit readiness for EPC and Renewable Energy projects. This role ensures project delivery teams are prepared for internal, client, ISO, and regulatory audits. The role also manages the NCR/NCC process and leads 8D/root cause analyses to embed lessons across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal compliance audits on project execution, commercial obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project teams for external ISO audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), client audits, and local authority inspections.
• Manage the NCR/NCC lifecycle, ensuring timely closure and prevention of repeat issues.
• Facilitate 8D/root cause analysis calls and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide compliance reports, highlight risks, and recommend improvements to management.
• Partner with Engineering, HSE, and Quality teams to ensure full EPC compliance. Qualifications & Experience
• 7–10 years of experience in Project Compliance, QA/QC, or Audit roles within EPC, Renewable Energy, or Power Generation.
• Proven track record with ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Experience working on Renewable Energy projects (Solar, Wind) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Strong understanding of NCR/NCC and 8D methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. Location & Compensation
