Job Description

• Develop marketing strategy to meet Shopees growth objectives across a wide array of product categories and services
• Work closely with Marketing leadership to solve problems and drive initiatives with strong business impact
• Lead project teams of various sizes to ensure the end to end completion of key strategic growth projects
• Directly assist Shopee Philippines senior management in executing projects end to end
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including but not limited to Business Development, Business Development, and Operations team
  
  

• Has at least 10-12 years solid experience in marketing strategy
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Analytical and able to think in a data-driven manner
• Experience working with management consulting companies or high growth tech companies
• Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
