What You’ll Do
Handle end-to-end claims and dispute processing, including logging, reconciling approved claims, and coordinating resolution of rejected items with business units.
Manage customer accounts, including email triage and invoice/statement queries, ensuring timely payments.
Conduct credit checks on new and potential customers, and set credit limits based on financial analysis.
Chase outstanding debts via phone, email, and written communication, maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
Resolve billing and payment issues efficiently, negotiating payment plans and terms with customers.
Prepare and maintain regular reports on account status, outstanding debts, and cash forecasts.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other business units to align on credit policies and resolve account issues.
Identify opportunities to optimize credit control workflows, automation, and reporting processes.
Key Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Credit Control, preferably within FMCG or multinational environments.
Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is an advantage.
Expertise in financial reporting, data analysis, and multi-currency credit control practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to changing business needs.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
