Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Unit Leader to take charge of a key business segment. This is a senior role where youll set the direction, build an excellent team, and deliver big results, directly impacting the health sector.

As the Business Unit Leader, you will be fully responsible for the strategy and revenue that hits our clients’ short-term and long-term goals.

This is an executive role where you will be the ultimate decision-maker for your business units success. You will manage the entire operation, from big-picture strategy to day-to-day execution.

Key Areas Where You Make a Difference

  • Financial Control & Profit: You are the leader of the budget (P&L). This means actively driving sales, maximizing profits, and wisely managing costs.
  • Market Visionary: Dont just follow the market—You will use deep knowledge of customers and competitors to create smart, winning plans that keep our client ahead of the competition.
  • Building a Top Team: Build and lead an elite, motivated team. You will mentor future leaders, manage performance, and make sure we have the best talent ready for the next challenge.
  • High-Level Influence: You will be the main voice for your business unit. Work closely with all internal departments (Finance, HR, etc.) and be a key member of the Philippines Leadership Team. Build strong, lasting relationships with top industry leaders and CEOs.
  • Customer Experience Champion: Make sure our clients’ products and services are the best in the market. You will constantly improve what we offer—from products to expert advice—to earn strong customer loyalty.

We need a proven senior manager with a background in strategic planning, driving sales, and developing people, specifically in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

Must-Have Experience

  • More than 10 years in sales/commercial jobs within the Human Pharma, consumer health, or similar health industries.
  • At least 3 years in Sales Management, directly managed a sales team, consistently hit sales targets, and built customer networks.
  • At least 2 years in Marketing with direct responsibility for managing products, especially prescription brands.
  • A Bachelors degree is required; a background in Business Management or other related science is preferred.
  • Speak and write clearly and strongly in both English and Tagalog to both internal staff and outside leaders.
