Assist the commercial broking team with backend operations, renewal preparation, and insurer coordination. What You’ll Do

  • Prepare renewal documentation (calculation sheets, currency templates, insurer terms) 6–8 weeks before renewal
  • Assist with quoting for new business, renewals, and mid-term policy changes
  • Coordinate with insurers for quoting, endorsements, and policy adjustments
  • Process administrative follow-ups (wage declarations, workers’ compensation adjustments)
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry across systems
  • Use templates and tools to streamline documentation and reduce manual formatting
  • Support brokers with backend tasks while they manage client-facing responsibilities
  • Participate in structured onboarding and training guided by senior broker assistants


Key Criteria

  • 3–5 years of experience in insurance administration, preferably in the Australian market
  • Familiarity with Winbeat, Sunrise, and STCP platforms preferred
  • Strong internal communication and coordination skills
  • Foundational understanding of insurance products and terminology
  • Willingness to work toward PS146 (Tier 1) certification for career progression
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience handling complex risk profiles is a plus


Work Setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (8 am– 5 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
