Job Summary
The Sales Operations & Support Senior Coordinator is an experienced individual contributor responsible for providing comprehensive support to the battery replacement sales team in managing substantial sales order volumes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring proposals, quotes, and coordination activities are executed with the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and attention to customer requirements, thereby supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The position collaborates closely with Regional Battery Sales Support, Major Account Managers, Customer Engineers, FDO and LVO teams, legal as well as logistics partners, vendors, and service providers to align customer needs with battery, pricing structures, and proposal accuracy. This position is responsible for processing orders and performing critical upfront activities, including verifying payment terms, ensuring proposals are accurately completed, and preparing CPQ, among other tasks. The Senior-Level position is responsible for performing a wide range of tasks with minimal supervision, applying in-depth technical knowledge and expertise to resolve complex problems. This role requires the ability to work independently, adapt processes when necessary, and provide guidance or technical support to less experienced team members.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and process proposals and quotes for battery replacements across all customer segments.
- Ensure proposals are complete and accurate, including battery specifications, technical details, labor, freight, and disposal costs.
- Validate opportunities and quotes in Oracle Sales Cloud and CPQ to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Monitor battery pipeline activities and collaborate with Regional Battery Sales Managers (RBSM) to track expected close dates.
- Support adoption of automation tools, reporting improvements, and standardized documentation to drive operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and contribute to cross functional projects that enhance overall team productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Drive efficiency by continuously improving sales support processes and leveraging advanced tools.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in proposals, quotes, and order processing.
- Apply advanced skills and technical knowledge to resolve complex problems and adapt processes when necessary.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or business administration.
- Background in US Accounts support, inside sales, or related fields preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Working knowledge of CPQ and Oracle Sales Cloud (or similar CRM/quotation tools).
- Familiarity with reporting and automation tools a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and account-level escalations.
- Attention to detail and strong data accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset with initiative to recommend improvements.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
