The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive total rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees. He/She will collaborate with HR, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies align with the organizations goals and objectives. Additionally, he/she will analyze market trends and best practices to continuously enhance the competitiveness and effectiveness of the total rewards offerings.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Compensation Management
Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures
Develop and administer base pay, variable pay, and incentive programs
Evaluate job positions to determine appropriate salary ranges and classifications
Benefits Administration
Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and monitor industry trends to recommend changes or enhancements
Communicate benefits information to employees and provide assistance with inquiries or issues
Recognition Programs
Design and implement employee recognition and rewards programs to foster a culture of appreciation and engagement
Collaborate with managers to recognize employee achievements and milestones effectively
Policy Development and Compliance
Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to total rewards programs
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect and analyze data on compensation, benefits, and other rewards programs
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management
Employee Communication and Education
Communicate changes or updates to total rewards programs to employees
Provide education and guidance to employees on compensation, benefits, and rewards-related matters
Vendor Management
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as benefit providers and compensation consultants
Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts as needed
Other Tasks
Perform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor/manager
Extend work hours when needed
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE?
Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus
Proven experience in total rewards management, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
