Job Description

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of MEP works from mobilization to turnover.
Review drawings and specifications and ensure compliance during installation, testing, and commissioning.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment across project sites.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors and provide progress updates.
Monitor project budget, procurement, and work progress to avoid delays.
Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (DOLE, permits, utility standards).
Resolve technical and site issues through practical engineering solutions.
Manage and oversee Sr. Project Engineer/s & Project Engineer/s in executing project activities and ensuring accountability to assigned scopes.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed EE required).
510 years experience in MEP/MEFPS or building systems installation.
Strong background in electrical distribution, and coordination with HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Experience in manpower planning, site supervision, and equipment commissioning.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
