Primary Responsibilities

• Assess the training and organizational development needs within a function (e.g. claims)
• Participate in the development of training programs and classroom materials
• Provide leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment
• Report training metrics and generate training related reports
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of tenure in SIU Medical Coding process
• Skilled in E&I and/or M&R
• No active disciplinary sanctions or records
• Open and willing to work in-office during the training period
• Experience & Expertise:
• 1+ years of tenure in SIU Medical Coding process
• Skilled E&I and/or MNR process experts with strong understanding of current workflows and operational procedures
• Familiarity with SIU concepts and compliance standards
• Skills & Competencies:
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Work Arrangement:
• Open and willing to work in-office during the training period (onsite presence is mandatory for hands-on learning and supervision). Makati City & Quezon City
• Other Expectations:
• Positive attitude toward continuous learning and process improvement
• Proven commitment to complete the full training program and apply SIU standards effectively
