What Youll Be Working On
Own the end-to-end coordination of scheduled works across major client portfolios, ensuring technicians are deployed effectively and services are delivered on time.
Act as a primary liaison with clients, managing day-to-day communications, rescheduling requests, status updates, and follow-up queries.
Oversee the collation, review, and delivery of compliance documentation, ensuring it meets client, internal, and legislative standards.
Ensure work orders and job records are accurately created, updated, and closed out in line with service timelines.
Proactively identify and resolve reporting discrepancies and escalate operational risks when needed.
Support continuous improvement by contributing to better scheduling
workflows, documentation processes, and client service models.
Build and maintain a practical understanding of fire protection systems,
compliance reporting, and essential safety measures

Eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
Solid working knowledge of service management platforms or databases
Experience in handling high volumes of admin tasks accurately
Strong system navigation and document management skills
Proactive communicator with the ability to coordinate across departments
