Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar training role.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and modern training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.
  • Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and learning management software applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
