Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective and existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management for review.
  • Assist in the development of targeted sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Offer exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to increase brand recognition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-oriented attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to strategically evaluate opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend events.
