Job Description

The HR Specialist is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for managing and enhancing the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure high-qualified candidates are selected.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program to retain and motivate employees.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics analysis.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes and practices.
  • Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews and other key events.
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies, procedures, and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Specialist or other HR-related positions.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and tools for effective handling of HR tasks.
  • Understand labor legislation and legal compliance requirements pertinent to HR activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to function in a high-pressure environment while maintaining high performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
