CREDIT ANALYST CEBU CITY

The Credit Analyst is primarily responsible for the evaluation and underwriting of retail loans which includes prescreening, income verification, residence verification and preparation of recommendation to approve, deny or defer the application while adhering to the Banks credit guidelines and policies within the committed turn-around time.

Responsibilities

• Conducts complete screening, income verification and residence verification on the parties to the loan.
• Prepares requests for field credit investigation as necessary for the application
• Encodes all information gathered in the system and prepares recommendation to approve, reject or defer application
• Handles Sales inquiries and concerns and escalates to the Credit Officer when necessary to support the business targets.
  
  

• Graduate of any four-year business course.
• Knowledge of basic credit principles, credit policies and procedures
• Excellent analytical Skills
• Excellent data Management Skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
