The ADEF Team is hiring a Product Engineer that evaluates reliability of materials, properties and techniques used in production; Plans, designs and develops electronic parts, components, integrated circuitry, mechanical systems, equipment and packaging.

Key responsibilities of a Product Engineer are as follows:

Evaluate and analyze typical performance characteristics across specified operating range.
Performs product characterization using canned programs with supervision of a mentor/coach.
Assists in root cause analysis for sustaining activities.
Collaborate with reliability engineering team for AECQ-100 or Low Earth Orbit qualifications.
Performs GR&R and propose test limits using existing software tools.
Bench to tester correlation for final test parameters.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering or related fields
Strong background in electronics, IC bench testing and evaluation.
Knowledge in development tools and programming languages such as Cadence, LabView, Python, MATLAB etc.
Detailed understanding of general test techniques for analog and mixed signal devices.
Experience in automation of high-speed and high-performance lab test equipments.
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years related and progressive experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in Electronics or any related field of study
Ability to lead technical discussions and learning sessions.
Awareness of ADEF BU markets and its customers.
Can provide coaching for emerging engineers.
Participate in own career development planning.
