Responsibilities

• Managed all shipment communication and planning with P&G PD, CS and DC
• Monitor and ensure all planned shipments are shipped out on time to meet the customer RAD/RAT
• Prioritize Hypercare customers/Platinum 5
• Provide shipment update hourly (MSU completion update)
• Provide end-of-shift shipment plan update
• Provide daily and shiftly shipment plan to Operations team, and identify the critical customers shipments for prioritization.
• Book orders and ensure all are confirmed by the carrier
• Communicate with PSC booking details and inquiries
• Identify and align with CS/CTLM potential late deliveries and provide timely status of potential late until checkout at DC
• Manage STO requests, NRO pull-out requests, and test shipment requests
• Ensure all shipments are reflected at PrIME with correct shipment details (appointment date and time, carrier details, etc)
• Manage local shipment bookings (Booking to carrier, shipment downloading, shipment modification)
• Generate daily reports (ZVTO, MSU Plan, Inventory Tracking, Open Order Breakdown, NRO Report Monitoring, Shipment Creation Checklist, Shipment Monitoring, DDS Report)
• On Time escalation of issues and help needed until closure of Issues encounter
• Monitors warehouse utilization and esclate any help needed if beyond the capacity.
• Ensures closue of pending booking with Transportation team
• Coordinate clean-up of ZVTO with CS and PSC
• Process and file the Invoice Regeneration forms
  
  
  

• Graduate of 4 yrs course
• With at least 1-2 yrs experience in Supply Chain
• With knowledge in SAP and other WMS system
• Has good communication both verbal and written skills
• Has good analytical skills
• Can work with minimum supervision
