Job Description
As a QA Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our QA & Sanitation Manager in keeping our bakery and pastry commissary clean, compliant, and audit-ready.
What Youll Do
Assist in enforcing GMP, HACCP & sanitation protocols
Conduct daily hygiene checks & cleaning validations
Help prep documentation for audits & inspections
Support training of production teams on food safety
Monitor cleanliness of equipment and production areas
Qualifications
Background in Food Tech, Microbiology, or related field
Preferably with QA/Sanitation experience in food manufacturing
Strong attention to detail & willingness to learn
Hands-on and ready to support on the production floor when needed
