The Purchasing Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the purchasing department in various administrative tasks.

  • Assist in procurement processes
  • Maintain vendor relationships
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Track inventory levels
  • Coordinate with other departments for purchasing needs

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
