Compensation: $1,500-$2,500/month USD (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Internal Tech Recruiter to drive recruitment for a fast-growing U.S.-based AI and technology company. This role is crucial in building world-class teams, including software engineers, AI developers, and other technical experts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a proven track record in recruiting for high-demand technical roles across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for technical and AI/ML roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top 5% talent in tech.
• Screen US based candidates for technical competence, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and consistent candidate experience.
• Track metrics, analyze recruiting performance, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations in LATAM and PH.
  
  

• Proven experience recruiting technical talent, including software engineering, AI/ML, and other high-demand roles.
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and ability to assess candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS systems.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting remotely across multiple time zones is highly preferred.
