As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

  • This is for a full-time role for our NetSuite Customer Support team in Manila supporting global clients. It requires you to work on night shift / graveyard hours but should also be flexible to work on different shifts depending on the business need. Work set up is hybrid at least twice in a week in our Ayala, Makati office
  • You will continue to practice, trained of your expertise in Accounting and acquire new skills in performing it in an IT Industry.
  • Your primary task will include the following but not limited to:
  • Provide technical support to Oracle global customers
  • Deliver resolution through inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
  • Perform highly complex fixing and analysis
  • Actively work with Quality Assurance and Development teams to report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs
  • In this role, you will be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering world-class customer support experience to improve their use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • As a main point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and advanced issues


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of NetSuite experience in a support or implementation role, or equivalent
  • Candidates may also be considered with either:
    • 5+ years experience in support or implementation of other ERP/accounting software, or
    • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in finance, accounting, or audit practice
  • Knowledge of accounting software e.g SAP, QuickBooks, JD Edwards, or Xero is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Strong customer orientation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Amenable to work on nightshift and on hybrid set up.
