About The Opportunity

We are the Global Customer Office (GCO) Operations team — a group that drives operational excellence and insight across all customer-facing functions. Our mission is to enable efficient, data-driven decision-making and improve the customer experience by optimizing processes, enhancing data integrity, and providing analytical support across Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, Managed Services, Tax Operations, and Global Operations.

As a Senior GCO Operations Analyst, you will apply analytical and business acumen to help GCO leaders make informed, data-driven decisions. You’ll lead reporting initiatives, support forecasting and operational planning, and mentor analysts on data modeling and visualization best practices. You are a problem solver who translates operational challenges into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and performance visibility.

What Youll Get To Do

  • Lead workforce data analysis and develop executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to support omnichannel forecasting, capacity planning, and operational decision-making.
  • Build, maintain, and refine workforce forecasting and capacity models, including scenario-based modeling using historical data and demand drivers.
  • Translate business demand and omnichannel volume trends into actionable workforce plans and staffing recommendations.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to automate workforce reporting and improve visibility into staffing, performance, and service outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and Revenue teams to align workforce assumptions, data sources, and planning processes.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights and presentations that clearly connect workforce trends to business impact and outcomes.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • Advanced workforce analytics, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex workforce data for senior and executive audiences.
  • Experience developing dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience working with omnichannel workforce data and tools is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or financial planning.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or HCM environments preferred.
