Your Role:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will :

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Develop strategies to reach target audiences and achieve campaign goals.
• Create, edit, and schedule content such as blog posts, landing pages, social media updates, and email newsletters.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign development and identify new opportunities.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing reports and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists, designers, and content developers to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
• Support lead generation and customer engagement efforts across platforms.
• Provide guidance to junior staff or freelance contributors as needed.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Understanding of SEO principles, social media platforms, and content distribution strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple campaigns
