Job Description: You’ll be the creative force behind transforming raw event photography into polished, professional albums that exceed client expectations. Working directly with the business owner, you’ll streamline the post-production workflow while maintaining the artistic vision and quality standards that define this growing photography brand. Job Highlights

• Hourly Rate: USD 6.30, the equivalent in your local currency

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. Responsibilities:

• Edit and enhance photographs from various events using professional editing software
• Sort through image collections to curate the best shots and remove unusable photos
• Create compelling photo albums and galleries for client delivery
• Maintain quick turnaround times to meet client expectations and deadlines
• Adapt editing style to match the company’s brand aesthetic and client preferences
• Collaborate directly with the business owner on project requirements and creative direction
• Manage file organization and workflow through cloud-based sharing systems
• Ensure consistent quality control across all delivered work

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for professional image editing
• Experience with event photography post-production and album creation
• Strong eye for detail and ability to maintain quality standards under deadline pressure
• Reliable internet connection for seamless file sharing via Dropbox
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
• Bonus if you have experience with wedding or celebration photography editing
• It helps if you’re familiar with batch processing and workflow optimization techniques
