Mission & Impact
This role drives the development and maintenance of web-based applications that support real-time sports operations. The developer will help scale the platform and enhance the user experience while collaborating with a globally distributed team.
Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize web applications using React and backend frameworks (Node.js/Python).
• Collaborate with the product team to implement new features and maintain existing functionality.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain seamless platform performance.
  

• Proven experience in full-stack web development (React front-end + backend framework).
• Strong understanding of web application architecture, APIs, and database integration.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Availability during standard U.S. ET work hours (Monday-Friday).
  

• Experience in sports, gaming, or real-time data platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and testing frameworks.
• Previous remote work experience with distributed teams.
  

• Timely completion of new features and bug fixes.
• Platform stability and performance metrics maintained.
• Quality of code and adherence to development best practices.
