You’ll be the first voice prospects hear from a company that’s transforming IT asset disposal for Australia’s largest enterprises. This isn’t just cold calling – you’ll be connecting with IT managers at banks, healthcare systems, and educational institutions who genuinely need secure, compliant solutions for their technology disposal challenges. You’ll play a crucial role in launching innovative services to market while building your expertise in a specialized, high-value industry.


Client Overview

Join an innovative IT asset disposal company that’s revolutionizing how enterprises handle end-of-life technology equipment. With 35 years of industry expertise and comprehensive certifications, they’re launching a unique service that combines all ITAD industry solutions under one roof. They’re ready to scale with a proven database of 5,000+ qualified enterprise leads.


Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B sales calls to enterprise prospects using a qualified database of 5,000+ IT manager contacts
  • Conduct discovery calls with decision-makers at banks, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions
  • Qualify prospects and move them through the sales process using the provided training materials and technical resources
  • Use company VoIP system to ensure professional, local presence for Australian enterprise clients
  • Research and generate additional qualified leads based on target market criteria
  • Update CRM/ERP system with detailed call outcomes and prospect information
  • Schedule technical evaluations and coordinate follow-up activities with internal specialists
  • Handle initial objections about data security, compliance, and ITAD services using comprehensive FAQ resources
  • Build trust and confidence with enterprise clients who prioritize security and compliance
  • Meet sales targets to earn commission bonuses on top of base compensation


Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience with enterprise or corporate clients
  • Professional communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Ability to learn technical concepts related to IT asset disposal, data security, and compliance requirements
  • Experience calling senior decision-makers (IT managers, operations directors preferred)
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, VoIP technology, and online dashboards
  • Bonus if you have experience in technology services, compliance-focused industries, or environmental services
  • It helps if you’ve worked with enterprise clients in banking, healthcare, or education sectors

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
