Accounts Payable Specialist

Shift: 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM PH Time, Tuesday to Saturday

Arrangement: Remote

Notes: This role is hired by PSG Global Solutions with direct report to Decimal (client)

About this role:

As a member of our Accounting Analyst team, you would have the following responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Payable and queue them up for payment
• Match the AP transaction processed to the ledger
• Problem solve with a technology-first mindset
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation
• Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines are met

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of work experience in Accounting Software (QuickBooks Online or Xero)
• At least 1 year of work experience in accounts payable.
• Experience with multiple clients
• Ability to communicate with accounting managers and team members clearly and effectively
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with AP cloud accounting tools like Bill.com, Dext, Routable, Hubdoc, Settle, Expensify, etc.
• External audit background from one of the top audit firms is a plus
• Your Google-it problem-solving skills are top notch.
• You love working with the latest technology.
