🚀 About the Role:
We’re seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their goals are met while fostering long-term relationships. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results and drive client satisfaction.
💡 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Understand clients’ business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, development, etc.) to ensure deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding client services.
• Resolve client issues proactively and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
🎨 Qualifications & Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related industries is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Proofhub, HubSpot)
