Job Highlights:

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UK Time
• Rate: Up to Php374 per hour approximately Php64,824 per month (to be paid on the selected candidates local currency)

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually engaging graphics for both digital and print materials, including social media content, presentations, marketing collateral, and branding assets.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and clear storytelling.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create concepts and ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines.
• Handle multiple design and video projects at once while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain and organize design assets, project files, and video archives.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and video editing best practices.
• Ensure all final materials are properly formatted and optimized for their intended platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio of past work.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar software.
• Strong understanding of digital and print design standards, layout, and branding principles.
• Ability to produce high-quality videos with good pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
• Strong creativity and ability to develop concepts that align with brand guidelines.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized project files and asset libraries.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, video editing techniques, and platform-specific formatting requirements.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team.
