Your Key Responsibilities

• Be the team player in new supplier development project.
• Follow up corrective action of supplier in case of quality problems & rejection pertaining to input material.
• Visit, Audit & train supplier with a team and improve supplier quality continuously.
• Support plant Quality Manager / Incoming inspection Manager on special task.
• Ensure release of Goods Receipt slips & other data entries in SAP as per procedure.
• To ensure calibration of available of inspection equipment & gauges.
• Support supplier in measurement query through measurement Harmonization if needed
• PPAP Samples Inspection Completion & Floating information to concerns.
• Document updation / preparation like Work instruction, Inspection Plan, Inspection Report.
• Analysis of quality complaints pertaining to input material quality and fixing and monitoring of corrective actions thereon.
• Monitoring KPIs of Incoming Inspection & actions to achieve the same if any.
• Follow AAR & IRIS requirements and same to be reflect in relevant documents.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5years experience in Quality
  
  

Control of precision component manufacturing/ automobile industry.

• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, 8D essential.
• Aware about supplier quality Management Concepts.
• ISO 9001/IATF 16949 trained
• Computer literate.
