Your Key Responsibilities

Assistance to Supplier quality management team for smooth functioning at plant level.

• Formal prerequisites for the position (e.g. training, experience, education etc.)
  
  

English language (min. B2 level - Upper Intermediate)

University degree (min. Diploma or bachelor’s in engineering, Quality, or a related field), eventually a high

school education and verifiable experience in the field

Min. 2-5 years of experience in quality control, supplier quality, or a similar role within manufacturing or

engineering environments

Knowledge of business relevant Quality Management Standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100)

Knowledge of quality core tools & methods (8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control plan, 5S, Lean

production, Small lot principle, Error proofing, Mistake proofing, Poka-yoke, Traceability,…)

Knowledge of the machining processes – Turning, stamping, casting, heat treatment etc.

Your Qualifications

• Track and report relevant KPIs/PIs, including countermeasures
• Review/verification & upload of 8D, PPAP documents from supplier in SAP system.
• Processing of special release/deviation asked by supplier & recording.
• Dairy defect recording & analysis to take corrective action with supplier.
• Collaboration with SQC, IQC, SCM, Production team for daily quality issues’ containment actions & resolutions.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP system
• Working experience with xls, word, PowerPoint etc.
• Soft skill – Teamwork, hardworking, enthusiastic, self-discipline.
• 1-2 yrs of Experience with bearing industry would be preferred.
