QA Test Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced QA Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in quality assurance, test management, and automation scripting. The role requires advanced technical skills in SQL, Python, and AI-driven testing approaches, along with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Your tasks

• Managing QA efforts across projects and change initiatives, ensuring effective defect tracking and resolution
• Designing, executing, and maintaining structured test cases and automation frameworks
• Applying Agile/SAFe methodologies to tailor testing approaches for iterative deliveries
• Creating and maintaining test artefacts using JIRA/Xray and Confluence
• Identifying, assessing, and communicating risks, limitations, and defects in business-friendly language
• Estimating test efforts, evaluating testing tools, and setting priorities to meet deadlines
• Collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure alignment on quality outcomes
  
  

Requirements

• Proven quality assurance and testing experience with a minimum of 4 years of advanced knowledge of software testing concepts
• Advanced technical skills in SQL (Oracle), Python, and familiarity with object-oriented programming (e.g., Java)
• Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies with adaptability in testing practices
• Proficiency in testing management tools such as JIRA/Xray and Confluence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder engagement experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience in AI-driven test design and automation techniques
